Holy CRAP! We got a gift certificate for this place (and I swear I thought it was like an outback steakhouse --sorry no offense outback) we came here begrudgingly and I was a little pissed off that I had to have a reservation. I'm like.. this isn't fancy! BUT... what?!? OMG!! I'm so mad I didn't bring my phone into the restaurant. I really wanted to visit with my friends so I have zero pictures. AMAZING FOOD. AMAZING. The lobster tail was to die for prepared tableside. Ivan was fantastic.!!! Best server. Manager came over. Chef came over.... If you have the money and the time GET YOUR ASS HERE. This is definitely for a special occasion. The drink list they have is fantastic and the special they have online is incredible.

We went on a Friday night without a reservation and were seated within 15 minutes. Our server was really nice and helpful. We ordered the surf and turf and the augratin potatoes as a side. For the surf and turf, we went with the powerhouse option for the steak. For drinks we did espresso martinis which were excellent. Overall the food was good and service was good. Rating 4 stars because it is definitely overpriced for the quality. The porterhouse was excellent, no complaints there. It was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor, very tender. They cut it up making it easier to share. The potatoes were delicious as well. The other food however. The lobster was overcooked and dry. The salad and bread that come with the meal are meh. I've had much better at similarly priced restaurants. They seemed to skimp out here. Ambiance is very classic, but I don't really have a problem with that.

Food was really on point. They grill their steaks on Citrus wood on an open pit and it's money. The Crumb Cake for desert was on point too... My gripes are really around the service and sides. I worked in the industry for a long time, so I'm really forgiving. Our water remained empty for a good portion of the meal. Side was forgotten. Coffee was forgotten as well. $18 For Asparagus... it never came. Asked the food runner, and never got it. Finally came after the meal and they took it off the check.. But it was like 12 Spears and just sad looking. Took it home and tossed it. At this price point, would expect the basics and it was a miss. Restaurant is in a prime location, but parking is tough.

Was here for a business meal, family style. Started off poorly when I asked about GF items and was told that some of the stuff coming out would be. Everything was co-mingled and cross-contaminated. They ended up bringing me out my own portion of tuna that still had the soy sauce (which leaked on the fish and contaminated it). I had to send it back. Luckily, after that, everything that came out did so hot and safely. The bacon scallops, naked shrimp, tuna, steak, and dessert were all incredibly delicious. They really did turn things around.

5 stars for always exception service!! A plus when remembering prices, is that the steaks do come with a house salad. Caesar salads are not included and are at menu price, however it is huge and delicious and could probably feed more than two. I ordered the bison with truffle butter, and I was kind of let down. Our server boasted its leanness and grass-fed origins, but honestly, my cut was extremely fatty, so only about half of the actual dish was edible. Which was kind of a let down when you're paying close to $100 for a piece of meat. Garlic mashed potatoes were great! They also brought out a complimentary ice cream for a birthday celebration.

Charley's is my husband's favorite Orlando restaurant so of course celebrating his birthday here is our tradition! Tiara the manager was so sweet to have a birthday card on the table. Everyone is always professional and welcoming. We usually sit in the same booth but this time our favorite waiter had a slightly different area. I was delighted to sit with the view of the beautiful and peaceful fish-tank. For starters, Wagu bites were brought for hubby and a lobster bisque for me. This was the best lobster bisque I have ever had! Pair it with with their rolls and Heaven is on the table! I call the rolls little fluffy balls of love. They are so enjoyable! The salad is so refreshing and delicious! The birthday boy got the in season stone crab legs and I had the Faroe Island Salmon. Every bite is Amazing!! Hubby enjoyed a red wine while I had a few different martinis! Finished off the evening with dessert! Charley's is in a great location for locals and tourists. The valet parking makes wearing high heels possible!! The restaurant is always clean, the smell makes you hungry even if you were not before you arrived! The staff even when the restaurant is extremely busy is able to make you feel like you're the only patron on the place! Another 5 star, perfect visit! Thanks!!!

Fantastic cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and desserts! Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, however we asked the bill to be split three ways. He split it four ways, and it was easier for one of our colleagues simply picked up the remaking portion of the check. The dining room we were in was loud, but manageable. It was a fantastic experience and will definitely be back.

I'm surprised this restaurant isn't rated higher--it's consistently been a top notch experience for me with excellent food and warm, attentive service. Parking is a breeze thanks to their complimentary valet, and the restaurant itself is spacious and inviting. This time, I enjoyed the filet with shrimp and crab accompaniment, and it was outstanding--the steak was cooked to perfection. We started with the shrimp cocktail and scallops, both of which were delicious, and the lobster mac and cheese was another highlight as our side. While the wood-fired cooking does leave a bit of a smoky scent on your clothes, it's nothing a quick wash can't fix. I highly recommend this spot, whether you're a local seeking a great meal or a convention-goer looking to impress clients or friends.

This is a fancy-schmancy steakhouse with prices to prove it. I came with a friend on a Saturday night. Charley's provides free valet parking as the parking lot at this plaza is insanely crowded. We started with some wine to accompany our complimentary basket of bread. The 'by the glass' menu is limited (most are bottles) but the selection is pretty good. I got a decent Caymus Bonanza cabernet sauvignon (price of a glass was the same as a bottle at Total Wine). I ordered the 18oz New York Strip Steak which came with a salad. We also shared a side of asparagus. The salad was fresh, crisp, and surprisingly delicious for how simple it was. The steak, flame-grilled to perfection, was a juicy treat to eat (although I've had better steak at numerous other steakhouses). The asparagus was wonderful. But the highlight for me was dessert; the best key lime pie I've ever had the pleasure of sliding into my mouth. Absolutely amazing. Our waitress was rather robotic. A total absence of personality, just spitting out waitressy lines in a monotone voice she has probably said over and over for years. This was just a job with a goal to get through the night. But I'll give her credit for being attentive and also confirming my assessment that the key lime pie was the best thing on the menu. p.s. don't forget to tip the valet
